Payment and Shipping

1. Ordering

I strongly encourage you to ask me questions about the pieces you are interested in. This is to prevent any shortfall in expectations. To bring home the creations at Cosette's, kindly fill up the order form on the right side panel and I will email you the invoice. Please make payment only after you have receive the invoice.

2. Payment

Upon receiving and checking the invoice, please make payment to POSB Savings Account No. 042-29452-7  within 5 days.

Only iBanking and ATM transfers are accepted. I apologise for any inconvenience.

3. Mailing

Your item will be mailed out within 2-3 days through Singpost after verification of your payment. It will be packaged in bubble wrap inside the envelop to cushion the item.
To be environmentally-friendly, your item would be placed in a decorated recycled box.

Registered mail is recommended to prevent lost mail. Please note that any lost mail is not the responsibility of Cosette's. Nonetheless, I will check that the packaging is tight before mailing out.

4. Refunds

I will always check the condition of the item before mailing out but should the item be damaged during mailing, please email me within 3 days upon receiving the item. (Otherwise, I will deem that the item was delivered undamaged to you.) I will provide refunds only of such nature. The item should not have been worn. Please mail back the damaged item and I will refund your postage/stamp costs together with the item cost.
